Having used Amanda as both a buyer and a seller, I would definitely recommend her! We first reached out to Amanda (following a random Google search of realtors in the area) to help buying a home in 2019. Having never lived in the area before, Amanda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, which we appreciated so much as we were nervous about the move to a new area. She was in constant communication throughout the entire purchasing process. When we had to move from that home earlier than expected (military PCS) the following year, we reached out to Amanda again to help sell our home and were very impressed with her as a seller. We just purchased our first home in Bowling Green and I couldn't speak highly enough of Amanda. The most important thing for us was that she gave us time (almost a full year) to understand a completely new city, and was ready to move as quickly as we were when we felt like we had enough of an understanding of the school systems, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns. As good as she was helping us understand the community, she was even better at getting us from offer to closing with a long list of follow-up items we needed completed. She works around the clock, is extremely responsive, and we wouldn't hesitate to use her to buy or sell our next home.
